Things you need to build an mini pocket sized Headphone amplifier with blutooth 4.2 and battery charging ic are:
1. An enclosure (i am using center fresh mint)
2. HM-M38 Bluetooth module with 5+5 watt amp.
4. An on off switch 2-3 pin
1.I fixed the bluetooth module with the help of a double adhesive tape which stick on both side.
2. On-off switch and audio connector is glued on the surface with the help of Araldite strong adhesive.
3. Battery will be sticked on otger side of the enclosure with the help of double tape.
This is the wiring daigram of mh -m38 module.
As you can see in the image below, i wired +⭕ Positive wire in series with vBat module and switch then GND ⚫ direct to battery negative -.
1. Black (GND)
2.BLUE ( LEFT CHANNEL)
3.RED (RIGHT CHANNEL)
Note : I joined GND channel on module. Wires connection can be diffrent depends on the audio connector. Bettery you check by inserting an headphone jack in female connector.
